Almaty Ortalyk Stadion will host Wednesday’s football game between Kazakhstan and Lithuania, the two teams who are fighting hard to survive in League C. Kazakhstan kicked off their Nations League campaign with a 2-0 win over Lithuania, but they collected only one point in total from the previous four group games. The Kazaks face a must-win situation in the decider, and we are positive that they will leave their hearts on the field.

The Lithuanians, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a 2-0 loss to Belarus, but seeing that they have been struggling in front of goal of late, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. The good news for the visitors is that midfielder Martynas Dapkus returns from suspension. Experienced attacker Aleksey Snchetkin is widely expected to lead the line for the hosts, alongside Abat Aymbetov.
