Czech Republic and Slovakia, the two neighbouring countries, face each other at Doosan Arena in what is expected to be a very interesting match. Czech Republic are eager to overtake Scotland in top position as that will see them secure promotion to Nations League A. Boss Jaroslav Slihavy is unlikely to make too many changes to the team that defeated Israel at the weekend, but Premier League attacker Matej Vydra is pushing for a start.

The Slovaks, on the other hand, did remarkably well to qualify for the EURO 2021 finals, with the team beating Northern Ireland in the decider. To make things even better for the fans Stefan Tarkovic’s men defeated Scotland in the Nations League at the weekend as well. Slovakia are desperate to avoid relegation to League C, but home win should be considered as the hosts want this victory more than the visitors.
