Our prediction for this FA Cup match:
A spot in the FA Cup last 32 will be at stake when Chorley and Wolverhampton take on each other at Victory Park in what is expected to be a David-vs-Goliath clash. Chorley set up a meeting with Wolves by beating Derby County, and, no doubt, the National League North side are eager to claim yet another major scalp. Jamie Vermiglio’s troops recorded four wins in the previous five home games in all competitions, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Wolverhampton.
The Wolves, on the other hand, aim to make amends for a shocking 3-2 loss to WBA in the West Midlands derby. Even though key attacker Raul Jimenez remains in the recovery room, we are tempted to put our money on the Premier League side as talented striker Fabio Silva has been showing signs of improvement of late.
