Our prediction for this Ireland Premier Division match:
Regional Sports Centre will host Friday’s football match between Waterford and St. Patricks, the two teams who are level on points ahead of Matchday 10. Waterford suffered a dip in form, with the team losing to both Sligo Rovers and Finn Harps in the previous two league fixtures, and, no doubt, they are low on confidence ahead of the visit of St. Patricks. The Saints, on the other hand, have been struggling in front of goal of late, with the team failing to find the net in the previous three games in all competitions.
St. Patricks are not regarded as good travellers, but they are surely capable of holding Waterford to a draw as the home team do not seem to be on top of their game ahead of Friday’s showdown. It has to be noted that under 2.5 goals have been netted in each of their previous two meetings in the Irish top flight.
