Our prediction for this League 2 match:
Walsall and Leyton Orient go head to head in a postponed fixture at Bescot Stadium. Walsall aim to put an end to their four-game winless run in all competitions, and a triumph over Leyton will see them climb to the playoffs berth in the League Two standings. The hosts are undefeated in the 2020/21 season, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the midweek game.
The visitors, on the other hand, will be without suspended defender Daniel Happe in Tuesday’s clash, and given their anything but good form, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts this time out. Walsall striker Josh Gordon is rated doubtful for the Leyton game after picking up a knock in the 1-1 draw with Colchester. As a result, head coach Darrell Clarke may count on Caolan Lavery.
