Our prediction for this Serie A match:
Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi will host Sunday’s football game between Verona and Udinese. Verona played out a goalless draw with Roma in their opener, with the team once again proving their worth in the Serie A clash. The bad news for the hosts, though, is that Brazil defender Alan Empereur suffered an injury in the opening match of the season. The Zebrette, on the other hand, are eager to kick off their Serie A campaign in style as they were not in action at the weekend.
Udinese were anything but impressive in preseason, and that is probably the main reason why we are tempted to put our money on the Mastini. Seeing that only one goal in total has been netted in the previous three meetings between the two teams, a low-scoring affair is on the cards. The likes of Stryger Larsen and Mandragora are sidelined with injury for the visitors.
