After holding Roma to a goalless draw at Stadio Olimpico, Sassuolo will be aiming to start a new winning run in the Serie A when they welcome Benevento at their Mapei Stadium – Citta del Tricolore. The Neroverdi failed to find the net in the previous two league fixtures, but bookies still see them as hot favourites to win Friday’s football game. The good news for the hosts is that Defrel should be fit to face Benevento on Matchday 11.

The visitors, on the other hand, are undefeated in the previous three league fixtures. Following a hard-fought 1-0 win over Fiorentina, Benevento shared the spoils with Juve and Parma in the previous two Serie A games, but they will have a big fish to fry against Sassuolo. Even though experienced midfielder Pasquale Schiattarella returns from suspension, we are tempted to put our money on the Neroverdi.
