Our prediction for this League 1 match:
Spotland Stadium will host Saturday’s League One game between Rochdale and Lincoln, the two teams with totally different ambitions in the 2020/21 season. Rochdale’s main goal is to secure the League One survival, while Lincoln are eyeing promotion to the Championship. The Dale are only three points clear of the relegation zone, but a thrilling 4-0 win at Plymouth surely helped them regain a much-needed confidence.
A man to watch in the home team will be Stephen Humphrys, who has found his goalscoring touch of late. Fellow attacker Jake Beesley, on the other hand, is likely to miss the game with injury. Lincoln aim to retain their spot in top two, but given Rochdale’s display in the midweek clash, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the bottom-table side. Defender Adam Jackson is likely to miss the game with injury for the visitors.
