Rangers will be looking to move one step closer to regaining the Premiership trophy when they welcome rock-bottom Hamilton at their Ibrox Stadium. The Gers are nine points clear of second-place Celtic, but keep in mind that the Hoops still have two games in hand. Steven Gerrard is doing an amazing job with Rangers, and given Hamilton’s slow start to the season, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise.

The visitors are on a three-game losing run in the Scottish top flight, meaning that they are low on spirits ahead of the trip to Glasgow. In their last meeting at Ibrox Stadium Hamilton did well to shock Rangers thanks to Moyo’s goal, meaning that Steven Gerrard’s lads are hungry for revenge. Experienced attacker Jermain Defoe is pushing for a start after he was rested in the 1-0 win over Kilmarnock.
