Buoyed by a Boxing Day win over Derby County, Preston will be looking to climb to the top half of the table when they host Coventry City at their Deepdale. The Lilywhites have been in a fine form of late, but boss Alex Neil must warn his men against complacency as Coventry City have been pretty unpredictable in the 2020/21 season. Scott Sinclair, who suffered an injury in the 1-0 win over Derby, will be sorely missed in Tuesday’s clash.

The Sky Blues, on the other hand, played out a goalless draw with Stoke City in their last league match. Coventry suffered only one loss in the previous four away games in the Championship, and given Scott Sinclair’s injury, we predict that the newcomers are going to grab something from the match. Fit-again striker Matty Godden is pushing for a start.
