After sharing the spoils with Plymouth on Monday evening, Portsmouth will be looking to return to winning ways in the League One when they take on Crewe at their Fratton Park on Saturday. The Pompey are still see as one of the main candidates for promotion, but they need to find their best form as soon as possible if they are to secure a top-two finish. A man to watch in the home team will be John Marquis, who scored his eight goal of the season in the 2-2 draw with the Pilgrims.

The Railwaymen, on the other hand, did well to beat league leaders Peterborough at the weekend. Crewe aim to claim yet another major scalp in the League One, but beating Portsmouth on the road is easier said than done. The newcomers have already suffered three defeats on the road, and they are unlikely to spoil Portsmouth’s party at Fratton Park.
