Northampton will be aiming to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Crewe and Oxford United when they host Lincoln City at their Sixfield Stadium. The Cobblers are on a three-game losing run in the League One, with the team experiencing all sorts of problems at the back in a 4-0 loss to Oxford United. Northampton are eager to escape the danger zone, but beating the promotion-chasing side behind closed doors is easier said than done.

Lincoln City suffered a dip in form as well, with the team losing to both Sunderland and Shrewsbury in the previous two league fixtures. Seeing that Lincoln City will not have a better chance than this to get back on course in the League One, we are positive that they will pick up all three points from Saturday’s clash.
