Our prediction for this Scottish Premiership match:
Motherwell and St Johnstone face each other at Fir Park in what is expected to be a close encounter. Motherwell failed to claim a major scalp on Matchday 6, with the team suffering a 3-0 loss at Celtic Park, but they are certainly capable of matching St Johnstone. However, home win should not be considered as boss Stephen Robinson has some injury worries ahead of Saturday’s clash.
The Saints, on the other hand, aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over St. Mirren. St Johnstone are eyeing their second away win of the season, but, no doubt, they should be happy with one point from the Fir Park showdown. The good news for the visitors is that experienced midfielder Liam Craig returns to contention after serving his one-match ban against St. Mirren. Anyhow, share of spoils is on the cards Saturday’s game.
