MK Dons aim to bounce back from back-to-back losses to Oxford United (2-3) and Blackpool (0-1), and, no doubt, they will leave their hearts on the field in the midweek clash. Russell Martin’s troops are after their second win of the season as they defeated Gillingham 2-0 at home ten days ago.

The Latics, on the other hand, have collected only one point in total from the previous four league fixtures. Wigan footballers must be low on confidence ahead of the trip to Buckinghamshire, meaning that MK Dons will not have a better chance than this to get back on course. Considering that Wigan attacker Viv Solomon-Otabor picked up an injury in a 1-1 draw with Plymouth at the weekend, we are tempted to put our money on the home side.
