The Yellows have been showing signs of improvement of late, and they are surely capable of beating Colchester at home ground. A man to keep an eye on in the home team will be midfielder George Lapslie, who has been scoring goals for fun of late.

George Maris, who suffered an injury in the 2-1 win over Forest Green, is unlikely to feature against the U’s. Colchester United quickly bounced back from a 2-1 loss to Newport, with the team beating both Stevenage and Leyton in the previous two league fixtures. The U’s aim to retain their spot in top seven, but beating the in-form Yellows on the road is easier said than done. A close encounter is on the cards at Field Mill, and we are tempted to put our money on draw.
