There will be fireworks when Leganes and Espanyol square off against each other at Estadio Municipal de Butarque on Thursday evening. Both teams are eyeing promotion to La Liga, and, no doubt, a very interesting clash is on the cards. Leganes did well to beat Malaga in Andalusia at the weekend, with the team climbing to third position in the standings, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Espanyol.

Sabin has been scoring goals for fun of late, and, as a result, the Spanish attacker is likely to keep his place up front. Los Periquitos, on the other hand, suffered a shocking 2-1 loss to Girona at the weekend as the visitors were without Stuani, Ramalho, and Sylla in the Catalan derby. Since Espanyol could be low on confidence in the midweek clash, we are tempted to put our money on the capital club.
