After sharing the spoils with Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade in their last group game, Hoffenheim will be looking to finish the Europa League group stages in style when they host Gent at their PreZero Arena on Thursday evening. Hoffenheim have already clinched top position in Group L, but they surely want to give fans yet another reason for celebration. Geiger returns from a domestic ban, while Bicakcic, Hubner, Kaderabek, and Stafylidis are all sidelined with injury.

Both Adamyan and Bruun Larsen are rated doubtful as they have been tested positive for coronavirus. Gent, on the other hand, do not seem to be competitive at this level, with the team suffering a loss in each of their five group games. The Belgian outfit are low on confidence ahead of the trip to Sinsheim, and they are unlikely to spoil Hoffenheim’s party at PreZero Arena.
