Our prediction for this League 1 match:
All eyes will be on Highbury Stadion when Fleetwood Town and Oxford United face each other in the League One on Saturday afternoon. Fleetwood aim to build on back-to-back wins over Gillingham and Shrewsbury, and they are likely to rely on their solid defence against Oxford United. The Fishermen did well to keep three clean sheets in the previous four league fixtures.
Keep in mind, though, that talented midfielder Jay Matete is likely to miss the game with injury. The Yellows, on the other hand, have been having their ups and downs in the League One of late, with the team beating MK Dons at home, while losing to the likes of Charlton, Peterborough, and Gillingham on the road. Oxford obviously struggle on the travels, and that is probably the main reason why we are tempted to put our money on the in-form hosts.
