Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Sarajevo and Buducnost, the two ex-Yugoslavian sides, face each other in a highly-anticipated games at Stadion Asim Ferhatovic Hase. Sarajevo were more than unfortunate not to beat Dynamo Brest in the Champions League qualifiers, and, no doubt, their display in the national championship are surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of Thursday’s clash. Buducnost, on the other hand, did well to beat the odds in the Europa League qualifiers round 2, with the team beating Astana in Kazakhstan.
The Montenegrins aim to claim yet another major scalp in the qualifiers, but given Sarajevo’s current form, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. Buducnost midfielder Petar Vukcevic is likely to miss the game with injury, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. As for the home side, Aleksandar Pejovic misses the match through suspension.
