Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Emmen and PSV face each other in the David-vs-Goliath clash at De Oude Meerdijk on Matchday 19. Emmen have been struggling in the 2020/21 Eredivisie campaign, with the team still eyeing their first win of the process. The rock bottom side did well to hold Den Haag to a goalless draw at the weekend, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against PSV. It has to be noted that Dick Lukkien’s troops are on a four-match losing run at home ground.
The Red and Whites, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-0 win over RKC. PSV are eyeing their third consecutive win in the Dutch top flight, and they are surely capable of beating the relegation strugglers behind closed doors. The likes of Gakpo, Gotze, Ledezma, and Romero are all sidelined with injuries, while Max has been tested positive for coronavirus. Carty should be the only absentee in the home team.
