Our prediction for this MLS match:
Columbus Crew will be looking to cement top position in the Eastern Conference when they host Cincinnati at their MAPFRE Stadium. Columbus did well to beat Philadelphia Union on Thursday morning, with the team putting an end to their goalless run in MLS. The Black & Gold regained a much-needed confidence, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at Cincinnati.
Dutch defender Vito Wormgoor remains on the sidelines (broken ankle) for the hosts. The visitors, on the other hand, managed to keep a clean sheet in each of their last two league fixtures, but preventing Columbus Crew from scoring at MAPFRE Stadium is easier said than done. Cincinnati are not regarded as good travellers; therefore, we do not believe that they are capable of grabbing something from Monday’s football game. The Orange and Blue have already suffered three defeats on the road this term.
