Club Brugge have been producing fine displays in the national championship ever since they suffered elimination in the Champions League, with the team eyeing their fourth consecutive league win. The reigning champions aim to build on a thrilling 3-0 win over Mechelen, and they are surely capable of beating Gent, who are having a season to forget.

Talented attacker Noa Lang, who suffered an injury in the 3-0 loss to Mechelen, is unlikely to feature against Gent. De Buffalo’s, on the other hand, failed to impress in the Europa League group stages, with the team suffering a loss in each of their six games in Group L. Gent are not regarded as good travellers, and even though they defeated Standard Liege and Waasland-Beveren in the previous two home games, we are tempted to put our money on the reigning champions.
