Our prediction for this A League match:
Despite the fears of coronavirus spread, Central Coast Mariners and Melbourne City will take on each other at Central Coast Stadium behind closed doors. The Yellow & Navy are having a season for forget, with the team collecting only 13 points from possible 63, and, as a result, they are stuck at the bottom of the A-League standings. Seeing that they are on a nine-game losing run in the Australian top flight, we do not believe that they are going to make life difficult for Melbourne City in the match with no spectators.
The visitors, on the other hand, aim to keep their title hopes alive, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at the rock-bottom team. Daniel Desilva is sidelined with injury for the hosts, whereas Jack Hendry and Richard Windbichler are out of contention for the visitors.
