Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Tuesday’s postponed fixture at Turf Moor pits together Burnley and Manchester United, the two teams with entirely different ambitions in the 2020/21 season. The Clarets are desperate to secure yet another Premier League survival, while the Red Devils are eyeing their first domestic trophy since 2013. Burnley failed to impress in the FA Cup win over MK Dons, but it has to be noted that they are undefeated in the previous five home games in all competitions.
Taylor is unlikely to recover in time to face Man Utd, while Dunne, McNeil, and Rodriguez should be fit for the midweek clash. The Red Devils recorded a routine 1-0 win over Watford in the FA Cup last 64, and, to make things even better for the fans, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rested first-team regulars. Man Utd are eager to overtake Liverpool in top position in the standings, and even though Burnley are tough to beat at home, away win should be considered. Pogba remains in the recovery room, while Bailly, who suffered an injury at the weekend, is rated doubtful.
