Bristol City will be aiming to extend their winning run in the Championship to three games when they take on Derby County on Saturday afternoon. The Robins did well to beat Huddersfield Town and Cardiff City in the previous two league fixtures, and they are seen as favourites to defeat the out-of-sorts Rams as well. Experienced attacker Chris Martin scored the winner against the Bluebirds, meaning that his former teammates should have him at bay.

The Rams made a very slow start to the season, and, as things stand now, their main goal is to avoid relegation to the League One. The rock-bottom side failed to impress in back-to-back losses to QPR and Barnsley, and given Bristol City’s fine form, we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed. Wayne Rooney will, as always, be the man to keep an eye on in the away team.
