Rochdale

Bloomfield Road will host Saturday’s football game between Blackpool and Rochdale. The Seasiders made a slow start to the season, but they have been producing fine displays in the League One of late. Blackpool aim to move a little closer to the playoffs berth, and bookies see them as favourites to beat Rochdale at home ground. It has to be noted that the Seasiders recorded four wins in the previous five home games in the English third tier.

The Dale, on the other hand, have been having their ups and downs of late. Following a thrilling 5-0 win at Wigan, Rochdale were beaten by Gillingham (1-4) in their last league match, and, no doubt, they face an uphill task in the Bloomfield Road showdown. A man to watch in the home team will be Jerry Yates, who has netted five goals in the League One so far this term.
