Our prediction for this Championship match:
Barnsley will be aiming to register their first win of the season when they welcome Coventry City at their Oakwell on Saturday afternoon. The Tykes are eager to make amends for back-to-back losses to Luton (0-1) and Reading (0-2), and they will not have a better chance than this to give fans some cheer. You should bear in mind, though, that both defenders Michal Helik and Mads Juel Andersen are both sidelined through suspension.
The Sky Blues, on the other hand, proved their worth in a 3-2 win over Queens Park Rangers. Coventry City continue with their old habit of producing much better showings at home than on the travels, but seeing that the hosts head into the match with a severely-weakened squad, share of spoils is on the cards. Mark Robins has a number of injury worries as well, but the players that sit in the recovery room were not sorely missed in the 3-2 victory over QPR.
